IHSS Services
Colorado’s IHSS program allows clients—or a parent/authorized representative—to manage their own care with agency support. You can choose, train, and oversee your attendants for personal care, homemaking, and health maintenance services.
Clients must be enrolled in Colorado Medicaid and approved for the CHCBS, EBD, or CIH waivers.

Children’s Extensive Support Waiver
The CES Waiver supports children ages 0–17 by providing services that help build a strong foundation for community inclusion as they grow. Eligible families may receive up to ~$61,200 in funded supports and can choose how to use it—including hiring a trusted caregiver (family members, friends, teachers, and more).
We can hire, train, and pay the caregiver you select, and typically onboard them within one week.

Supported Living Services Waiver
The SLS Waiver supports adults 18+ with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), helping them live safely at home and in the community. Support and funding are based on the individual’s Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) level, determined through an assessment with your Case Management Agency (CMA) (basic, medical, and behavioral needs).
Funding by SIS level:
Level 1: $22,275.59 • Level 2: $29,750.58 • Level 3: $33,454.81 • Level 4: $38,433.41 • Level 5: $46,307.80 • Level 6: $60,695.38

Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance
We offer Kaiser Permanente health insurance benefits to support our caregivers. Team members who work 30+ hours per week pay $167 per month for coverage.
